Where do I get support?

You can reach our support team via our ticket system. Simply register yourself on the customer interface and open a new ticket. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer support via our chat due to safety reasons.

Which virtualisation technology is used?

We use KVM / QEMU for virtualisation.

I have lost my password. What can I do?

You can easily request a new password under “forgot password” on the login page.

Which locations do you currently offer?

You can view our current locations via the following link. We are continuously trying to expand our server locations, but cannot provide accurate information and schedules.


Is IPv6 supported?

Yes, we support IPv6 at all locations. If you need an IPv6 IP address, just submit a ticket so we can assign you an IPv6 address. However, you have to carry out the configuration on your own.

What is the guaranteed bandwidth of my server?

All servers are innately equipped with a 100 Mbit / s connection. If you need a fast line, you can upgrade the connectivity of your VPS to 1000 Mbit / s at an extra cost.

Can I make name server entries on my own?

Yes, you just have to enter the name server directly into the network settings of your VPS. For this you will find instructions for each operating system on the internet.

Can I set rDNS (reverse DNS) entries?

You can set rDNA entries conveniently via your customer interface . Please note that we do for example check and confirm all entries manually for reasons of spam prevention. There may be a waiting time of up to 24 hours until a rDNA entry becomes active.

How many IPv4 IP addresses can I reserve per vServer in addition?

Currently you can comfortably reserve up to 3 additional IP addresses per VPS through our interface.

Is there a traffic limit for my VPS server?

We keep it simple: The first 2 TB of traffic each month are included. We reserve the right to throttle the bandwidth of individual VPS types above 2 TB. If you need additional traffic, do contact our support team. There are at no times additional costs.

Which operating systems can I choose for my VPS?

You can take a look at the list of available operating systems on our features page.

What exactly is the console? Do the servers support RDP?

You can comfortably install and use your VPS via mouse and keyboard over our web console. For continuous work, we suggest you activate SSH (Linux) or Remote Desktop (RDP, Windows) on your server, as this clearly offers more comfort. For this you will find instructions for each operating system on the internet.


When is an invoice created and where can I find it?

As we are a prepayment provider, an invoice is created on every deposit. You can view and download this under the menu item “Account” -> “Credit” under bank statements.

What forms of payment do you offer?

We always try to adapt our payment methods to customer requirements. We currently offer the following payment service providers: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Litecoin, DASH

How much is the minimum deposit?

You can make deposits with a minimum of 10, – EURO. Unfortunately, we do not accept amounts of less than 10, – EURO due to high administrative costs.

I have made a Bitcoin or Altcoin payment, but the amount has not been credited to my account, why is this?

All crypto payments are verified separately by our payment service provider and this process can take up to 2 hour. On average, however, they need a maximum of 20 minutes to send us a confirmation. Once we have received the confirmation, the amount will be available to you.

Why are not all payment options available to me?

Unfortunately we cannot offer all payment methods in all countries, so we would ask you to make your deposit using one of the providers listed. However, if you need a specific provider, then please do contact our support team.

Can I renew my VPS automatically?

Yes, you can activate an extension option for each server separately. As long as you have enough credit, the server will then be extended by our system independently.

What exactly is the 48-hour money back guarantee?

Since we have nothing to hide, we offer our customers the possibility of testing our services during the first 48 hours after the first deposit. If you are not happy with them, please open a support ticket and we will return your money. Excluded from this are payments via Bitcoin, Altcoin and Paysafecard. This providers prohibit repayment or payment through other providers due to strict money laundering laws.

I have received a bonus code, where can I redeem this?

You can redeem your bonus code at any time under the menu item “Account” -> “Credit” . The amount will be credited to your account immediately.

Problem Solving

Why can I not select Windows when installing my VPS?

Unfortunately we had to disable all Windows versions for the smallest “VPS START” due to technical problems because the minimum system requirements of Windows was higher than the performance of the small VPS system and thus resulted in regular crashes. If you would like to use Windows, we would ask you to reserve a larger VPS.

Why hasn't any login data been sent to me after selecting the operating system?

We offer two types of installation: For the beginners among you, we offer automatic installation, which is not available for all operating systems. For the experts among you, we offer manual installation, where you can install the operating system according to your requirements.

I cannot get any further with the installation, could you perhaps help me?

Yes, simply open a ticket for this and our support team will help you with your problem.

Can you also help me install other programs and applications?

We can help you with any technical problems around the server. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge you for customising and configuring individual server settings or for Remote Hands if necessary. For more information please contact our support team.

Windows: During the installation, I am being asked about a licence key – where do I get one?

We only supply the Windows images, but not the licence keys.

My favorite operating system is not available?

We are sorry that your desired OS is not included. We always try to offer the best service to our customers, so please contact our support team and we will see if there is anything we can do for you.
